First things first: Thank you (to Andromeda and back!) to Lisa Twining Taylor (DancingGoatWebDesign.com) for designing, developing and delivering this new website. What an amazing job you’ve done. I hope you get a lot of additional business from the wonderful folks who visit it.
I highly endorse Lisa. She’s a friend and a professional web designer with enormous integrity. She loves helping businesses grow and prosper every bit as much as I do. To say she’s a power partner is understatement. She’s a blessing, not just to me but to everyone else to encounters her.

For about a year and a half I’ve been writing a blog at wordwhisperer.net to show business owners, entrepreneurs and newbie copywriters how to write captivating copy and content. All well and good.
But a lot of business owners who try to write their own copy discover that their efforts simply don’t convert browsers into buyers reliably, so the time they’re investing to do their own copy writing is costing them clients. They tell me, “I try to do what you say to do, but my stuff never comes across feeling as conversational, relational and compelling as yours. Your stuff is like watching a perfectly-skipped stone on the surface of a lake. It’s beautiful, looks easy, and carries me from place to place effortlessly. It’s captivating.” (I can live for a month on a compliment like this… and on the testimonials I get from clients, which you can read on the Testimonials page.)
So I’ve decided to plant my flag (a HIRE ME website) and let people know that I’m available to write copy and content for them, or to dance with the words they’ve put together so they finally hit the bulls eye and convert well.
On this site you’ll find before-and-after copy-editing/enhancement examples and website copy and content I wrote from scratch. And I’ll use this blog to help you separate the wheat from the chaff, because the sad fact is that anyone can hang a shingle and call him- or herself a copywriter…and far too many do, without ever bothering to pick up a copy writing book or attend a copy writing course. In fact, I see more wannabes (and charlatans) out there than I do tried-and-true professionals. So if you’re skeptical about hiring a copywriter, I “get” you! I hope this site helps you recognize the good ones and avoid the bad ones!
Welcome! Welcome! Welcome!
